Halal Catering

In the Halal Catering industry, there are countless caterers.  But very very few of these caterers can offer the years of event organising expertise and knowledge that Shahnawaz Palace own.  The operations and logistics of putting events together in a seamless fashion is a skill perfected over time.  As wedding caterers, we are able to offer packages which include wedding venues as well as the food and services.  Please see our venues section for a full list of recommended wedding venues.

At Shahnawaz Palace we endeavour to fulfil customer requirements to the best of our ability.  We cater for clients from all different backgrounds and cultures and are very aware of the varying dietary requirements. The Muslim dietary laws are very strict; therefore we have a halal meat supplier who can provide halal products for those events where this is necessary.  The meats are sourced from a local supplier specifically for the halal catering event, this means that the products are fresh and we have a record of full traceability for the client.

We have pleasure in offering our Punjabi menu which can be prepared using halal meat and poultry.  We have also catered for parties requesting Mughlai dishes in the menu. These dishes influenced by the imperial kitchens of the Mughal empire.  Rich, creamy aromatic sauces and mild nutty gravies garnished with dried fruits.  Selecting the right wedding caterer is a very important part of the wedding preparations, key to the success of the big day itself.  Wedding catering is our speciality, we have years of experience and we continue to invent new service methods and strictly maintain food quality to stay ahead of the wedding catering industry.
